Refunds
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Partial month refunds are not typically provided unless service is terminated due to technical issues on our end. Installation fees are generally non-refundable once service is activated.
7. Service Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice. You may cancel your service by contacting our customer service team with at least 30 days advance notice.

- 30-day written notice required for most plans
- Early termination fees may apply for contracts with minimum terms
- Equipment must be returned within 14 days of termination
- Final billing will include any outstanding charges
Termination by GulfNet Qatar
We may terminate or suspend service immediately for:

- Non-payment of bills
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Breach of service agreement terms
- Force majeure events affecting service delivery
8. Limitation of Liability
GulfNet Qatar's liability for any claims arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question during the month in which the claim arose.
Disclaimer of Warranties
GulfNet Qatar provides services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service operation.
